3 cups cauliflower 3 cups water 2/3 cup sliced carrots 1 cup sliced celery 1 glove garlic, minced 1/2 bay leaf 1 cup bay leaf 1 cup zucchini, cut in chunks 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp The Perfect Spice 1/8 tsp onion powder
In medium saucepan combine 2 cups cauliflower, water, The Perfect Spice, carrots, celery, garlic, and bay leaf.
Cover and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and discard bay leaf.
Transfer mixture to blender and process until smooth.
Slimmer uncovered 20 minutes or until zucchini in crisp tender.
