"The Perfect" Seafood Lasagna

1/3 cup cottage cheese
2 oz cooked shrimp
1 cup thinly sliced zucchini
1 tsp The Perfect Spice
1 small fresh tomato

  1. Form several alternating layers of zucchini, cottage cheese and shrimp in a small bakin gdish.
  2. Make sauce using tomato blenderized with seasonings such as garlic, oregano, pepper and The Perfect Spice.
  3. Pour tomato sauce over the layered mixture and bake for 20 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 1 serving.
