"The Perfect" Pasta Salad

1/2 pound of short tubular pasta (about two cups)
4 mediums tomatoes, coarsley chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil (lightly packed)
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
The Perfect Spice

  1. In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, tender yet firm; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Transfer to salad bowl, add basil and a generous sprinkle of The Perfect Spice.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and let stand for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve at room temperature.
