"The Perfect" Sweet and Sour Chicken

3 oz chicken breast, skinned and boned
1 cup mixed vegetables
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 package of artificial sweetner
Salt, pepper and The Perfect Spice to taste
1/2 cup water

  1. Combine ingredients in pan.
  2. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve on bed of rice.

Makes 1 serving.
