"The Perfect" Bombay Chicken
 4 - 3 oz chicken breasts
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/8 tsp salt and pepper
1 orange
2 T lemon juice dissolved in 1 cup water and 1 package sweetner
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tsp The Perfect Spice
- Arrange chicken in baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika, salt The Perfect Spice, and pepper.
- Grate orange peel.
- Add lemon juice mixture, curry, ginger, garlic, and orange rind. Mix well.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover with foil, bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Turn chicken and baste well, cover and bake another 20 minutes.
- Remove foil, baste and add orange sections.
- Bake another 5 minutes to heat orange, garnish with snow peas, and serve on bed of rice.
Makes 4 servings.
