"The Perfect" Veal Scaloppini

6 oz veal scaloppini
1 tomato, mashed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 large mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tsp oregano,
The Perfect Spice, pepper, and parsley

  1. Brown veal in non-stick pan a few minutes on each side.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Add tomato, garlic, green pepper.
  4. The Perfect Spice and mushrooms.
  5. Stir in oregano and pepper.
  6. Slimmer about 10 minutes.
  7. Place veal back in pan and simmer another 2-5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley.

Makes 2 servings.
