"The Perfect" Veal Chili

6 oz ground veal
2/3 canned tomatoes
1 cup diced celery
Green peppers and onions combined
1/2 cup canned mushrooms
1/4 tsp garlic powder, oregano, chili powder, and The Perfect Spice

  1. Fry veal, onions and green pepper in frying pan sprayed with PAM.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook at high simmer for two hours.
  3. If it becomes too thick, add water.

Makes 2 servings.
